• All guests are required to register at check-in.
• Guests are required to show a passport or an identity card at check-in due to reporting to local authorities.
• Only persons who are registered as guests can stay in the villa and use indoor and outdoor amenities.
• All guests are asked to respect our property, equipment and neighborhood.
  
• The noise is not permitted.
• Parties or events are not allowed.​​
• All electrical appliances (TV, air-conditioning, etc.) must be turned off when guests are not present in the villa.
  
• Smoking is permitted in certain areas only.​​
  
• Use of indoor and outdoor equipment, stairs, swimming pool and bicycles is at your own risk.
