Villa Leonore is situated in a quiet residential area of seaside touristic place Duce, in Split-Dalmatia County, Croatia. Beautiful sandy beach and sea are only 150 m away or just 2 min walk.
​The villa is within walking distance from all urban amenities. Just 10 min walk from the villa is historic medieval town Omiš with its pirate fortresses and magnificent canyon of river Cetina which is ideal for active holidays (mountain biking, rafting, climbing, zip line, hiking...). Split (only 20 km away) is the largest city in Dalmatia, cultural metropolis and UNSECO heritage site.
Located directly on the Adriatic coast, Duce is a pearl of Omis Riviera. This place is recognizable by its beautiful, 4 km long sandy beaches and clear shallow sea, ideal for swimming. ​It is a perfect place for relaxing holidays and also great starting point for daily trips around Dalmatia by car or by boat.

​Villa Leonore consists of 2 floors. The ground floor is designed as an open-plan space for socializing. On the ground floor is spacious living room and kitchen with dining area, overlooking the pool. The kitchen is modern furnished and fully equipped. Guests prepare their own meals. Dining area has a large wooden table for 8 people. In the living room is a 65 inch flat-screen SMART TV with satellite channels, Netflix and YouTube app (login with your own account), PlayStation 5, a DVD player and a HDMI cable for connecting portable devices like laptop and watching your media content on big screen. There are 5 bedrooms in the villa. Four bedrooms have en-suite bathroom, king-size bed (180x200 cm) and SMART TV. One of bedrooms is located on the ground floor. Fifth bedroom has 2 single beds 80x200 cm and a shabby chic desk. All the rooms are equipped with an individually adjustable air conditioning system. ​All bedrooms on the first floor have access to the balcony. 3 bedrooms have south orientation and direct access to the sunny southern balcony of 23m2. One of bedrooms is oriented east and has its own small balcony of 3m2 from which guests can enjoy beautiful mountain view and morning sunrise while sipping coffee or tea. Relaxation room has a bathtub, a lounger and a stationary bike. There is also guest toilet and the utility room with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
